Nicholas Casiello, Jr. is a retired attorney with over 40 years in gaming law, including 18 years at the helm of Fox Rothschild LLP’s gaming practice. Recognised globally, he has worked on licensing, acquisitions, compliance, investigations and financing for casinos and gaming companies worldwide. Nicholas has served on various boards and compliance committees in the gaming industry and co-founded the International Masters of Gaming Law. He is also a member of the International Association of Gaming Advisors and sits on the Advisory Council of the Gaming, Hospitality, Entertainment and Sports Initiative of the Seton Hall University School of Law.
