Kevin P. Mullally
Kevin P. Mullally has 40 years of experience working with regulatory agencies, legislators, law enforcement, and organisations devoted to developing gaming policy. Before joining the GCGRA as CEO, Kevin was the General Counsel of Gaming Laboratories International (GLI). In this capacity, he oversaw the legal, licensing, consulting, and regulatory relations functions and was the primary liaison to elected and appointed officials.
Prior to that, Kevin was also the Executive Director of the Missouri Gaming Commission and served as General Counsel and Chief of Staff to Missouri State Senator Harry Wiggins. Kevin has consulted for governments globally to assist in developing, studying, and implementing gaming policies. In 1995, he wrote and implemented the world’s first self-exclusion program. In 2022, he received the prestigious Vixio Gambling Compliance Regulatory Affairs Executive of the Year award.
