Giovanni Lega
Giovanni Lega is a prominent business lawyer with over 30 years in M&A, real estate and gaming international transactions. He is the founding and managing partner at the Italian law firm LCA, formerly managing partner of the Italian offices of Freshfields and the founding chairman of ASLA, the organisation representing all leading Italian and international law firms in Italy. Giovanni seats in several boards, among which AIRC Foundation for Cancer Research, Credit Suisse, the Andrea Bocelli Foundation, Poldi Pezzoli Museum Association, Junior Achievement, La Centrale Finanziaria, Tombolini, Universal Capital Bank and LCA Ventures. Giovanni also founded Milan’s famous jazz club The Blue Note, today one of the world’s most significant showcases of jazz music – publicly traded on the stock market.
